Finding Ground
an Experiential Workshop for Men
In the rush of everyday life we can become overwhelmed with activity and lose our internal grounding. This often leads to depression anxiety, numbness, or trouble in relationships.
Returning to ourselves, and our bodies, to re-establish that sense of center is the foundation for wellbeing, happiness and peace.
In the Finding Ground men's workshop Firetenders Founder and somatic therapist Timothy Tillman will share practices to come home to yourself for inner stability no matter how chaotic or difficult life gets.
In this workshop you will learn how to:
Recognize and breakthrough negative thought loops and habitual behavior
Utilize your physical body to navigate challenging emotions
Find strength in vulnerability
Shift from a busy-doing mind state into embodied state of presence and availability
Move from your head to your heart
